VACANCY: Personal Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team 25 hours/week | Term Time Only | 8.30am – 1.30pm Grade 7: £30,520 - £32,681 FTE (£17,707 - £19,387 pro rata) – pending pay review We're on the lookout for an organised, reliable, and friendly colleague to join our team as PA to the Senior Leadership Team. This is a brilliant opportunity to work closely with our Headteacher and Deputy/Assistant Headteachers, providing vital admin and organisational support at the heart of the school. What you'll be doing: Managing diaries and SLT duties Supporting with suspension paperwork and correspondence Drafting emails and filtering calls Helping coordinate school events & newsletters Taking meeting minutes and following up on actions Supporting our Headteacher Awards & marketing efforts Liaising with staff and keeping school comms up to date We're looking for someone who is: Highly organised and detail-focused Calm under pressure and solution-focused Professional and discreet Confident with IT and admin tasks Whether you're looking to develop your admin career or want to step into a fast-paced, impactful role – this could be the perfect fit.
