Behaviour Support Leader

GRADE 6: £27,514 - £30,015
(PRO RATA £23,625 – 26,350) 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile individual to join our dedicated pastoral team full-time. Huntington School’s values are RESPECT, HONESTY AND KINDNESS and this role is integral to fostering a positive and inclusive environment where all students can thrive. 

Working closely with colleagues, you will be looking to identify and address challenges that students may be experiencing, helping them develop positive habits and skills. It is therefore essential that the post holder has excellent communication skills, in order to build a rapport with students, staff and families. A calm demeanour is required, along with a passion to inspire young people to achieve their full potential. 

Previous experience of managing behaviour and attendance within a secondary school would be an advantage, along with knowledge of strategies which promote good behaviour and discipline. However, full training is available for the right person.
